Turned up in the off chance we could get a lunch table. Got a table no problem, everything was spot on, fresh cooked food, friendly service and freshly decorated building. 3 main courses, 2 puddings, coffee and 3 fizzy drinks for 3 people come to £50.. Couldn't have faulted the place.

I had the baguette, plenty filling just the right amount of gravy and onions, was not overloaded, I had a side of chips and asked for a small jug of gravy to dip my chips in. 👌🏻

Wife had Sunday roast, beef wasn't quite ready so she got chicken, presentation was excellent and she also loved it. Just the right amount of food.

So had a cheese toastie, he was not hungry at all. But what he did eat he liked it.

I would definitely go back.

We had a birthday lunch for my brother and the food was cooked to perfection, fish and chips weren't oil and the chicken wasn't dry. The staff were friendly and couldn't do enough for us and there were a lot of us. The restaurant was clean and nicely decorated. Would definitely recommend it. Well done The Swan you did a fantastic job

This is a lovely little community owned pub that does pub food that's a little better than your normal pub grub. Proper burgers and some nice different items you wouldn't find in your normal local pub.

Food was hot, came on time and the portions were great.

The Spicy King Prawn Bruschetta was super tasty.

The Sticky Beef Burger wasn't what I thought it was going to be but it tasted great.

A little out the way but will definitely be back again.

This is rapidly becoming our favourite restaurant. The staff are lovely, very attentive.
The food is divine.
Last night, I had the Macaroni Cheese. This is the first time I have ordered macaroni in a restaurant for a couple of decades. Nobody comes close to the mac 'n' cheese that my wife and I make at home.
This didn't come close, this beat it by miles. 😊

Scotlands first ever community owned restaurant !
This lovely place serves breakfast on the weekend and great meals during the week.

We had 3 meals here in one week!

Prices are reasonable and portions are large.
They seem to be a tad understaffed, on a busy Friday night our waitress barely gave us the time of day. Might have to consider hiring an extra hand ! The interior is fresh and new, the food is delish and the gentleman running the place on the weekends is lovely !

Fantastic! We will definitely visit again!
The staff were lovely. Very welcoming, and helpful as we had a food allergy amongst the group.
The food was amazing; I cannot rate the Macaroni Cheese highly enough. Hubby had the steak pie, and it looked absolutely delicious.
Stopped by on the off chance they could squeeze us in, since we were out for a run in the car. Very glad we decided to stop.
