I can’t say enough wonderful things about Body Alchemy! I started my Pilates journey here a year ago, drawn in by their fantastic intro class package, and I’ve been hooked ever since.

The impact this studio has had on my life is truly incredible—my physical well-being has improved tremendously, and I’ve found a great boost in my mental health as well. The community here is so supportive and encouraging!

My absolute favorite classes are in The Burn Room. The new studio next door has infrared heating and red light therapy which create an amazing atmosphere that elevates the whole experience. I’m completely obsessed! Every class leaves me feeling energized and revitalized, and I genuinely look forward to each session.

All the instructors are incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about what they do. They take the time to ensure you’re using the correct form and adapting exercises to fit your individual needs.

If you’re considering trying Pilates, I highly recommend Body Alchemy. You won’t regret it!

What a fantastic gem! Waimea is truly lucky to have this brand new local business. The owner, Leianna, is one of the best Pilates instructors I have taken a class with and I have been to many studios over the years. The studio equipment is brand new and everything is very thoughtful decorated. I highly recommend to check it out even if you are in town for a short stay. There are introductory specials that make attending classes quite affordable.
