Monica & MatWorkz have made a profound difference in the way my body feels and moves day in and day out. PJ is an amazing instructor with extensive knowledge of how the human body is supposed to move. As a Pilates student and practitioner, I am highly impressed with her ability to translate complex information into simple language to guide you through each segment and transition smoothly.
I feel stronger and more prepared to teach now because of her excellent training method.

PJ’s care and attention have increased my awareness of both body and mind, keeping me fit and flexible. She customizes my workouts to meet my needs that are different every week! Sometimes my left hip is not aligned, sometimes my left knee acts up and she is there to deal with my rough edges. I look forward to each session with PJ.

I started going to MatWorkz with my mom over 15 years ago. I loved the work, and Deborah's knowledge and dedication to the science of Pilates and how the body works. Deborah has worked with me through three pregnancies and helped me find balance. With weekly training and I am strong and confident in how my body moves. My middle daughter has even trained with PJ to work on her sword form for karate and cheer. The knowledge of all the instructors is a hallmark for Matworkz. I love that even though in the moment I might not enjoy the exercise (it is work!) I can always end feeling strong and centered.

I have been taking Pilates at Matworkz for almost 17 years and highly recommend it. Through the years my flexibility and strength have improved tremendously. I have always been “allergic” to exercise - Pilates was the remedy I needed. The studio is bright and clean with state of the art equipment. Lisa, my instructor, safely guided me through several non related injuries and I couldn’t be more grateful. Matworkz is an awesome studio and I’m so happy I discovered it those many years ago.
