Helen is an excellent Pilates instructor! She is extremely knowledgeable with years of training and experience. Her Pilates sessions are hands-on for beginners and will keep your body strong, flexible and moving! Dunedin is lucky to have someone of Helen’s expertise keeping us healthy! Helen has created a nice atmosphere for learning and working her training style is very laid-back. if you were not able to do an exercise she will work with you until you are comfortable performing the exercise. because of her lovely personality and level of training, Helen has the ability to teach many types of people, especially those were special needs. in addition to being very patient, she has excellent communication skills. I am visually impaired, and Helen uses verbal imagery and precise in verbal instructions to guide me through the routines. I feel very comfortable and confident going through the various Pilates sequences. in addition to having a thorough understanding of Pilates, Helen has a broad knowledge base. I am a cyclist, and she has been able to give me advice that has improved my strength and endurance on the bike. I highly recommend Pilates supreme. Working with Helen is wonderful.
