Such an amazing Pilates Studio. It was my first time trying Pilates and I had the greatest time, the coach is very dedicated to what she does and takes the time to help you reach your fitness goals. Michelle and her team at Miami Pilates company have completely changed my perspective on the practice. Despite my nerves after a long break post-baby, I was welcomed with grace and made to feel at ease. Both private and group classes have been fantastic, and the authenticity and traditional approach they offer is unmatched. This is now my go-to studio, and I wouldn't go anywhere else. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a welcoming and effective Pilates experience.

Also, Michelle has such a great range of trainers with different specialties. This makes this studio an all in one. I’m excited to try the Ballet Fusion and Jump and Flow next!

I’ve been to other Pilates studios but this is the best one! Michelle is an amazing instructor that really listens to her clients (and then REMEMBERS what you said!). She makes sure whether you’re a beginner or an expert, everyone will take away what they came for! Also, the way the reformers are positioned, is very inviting.

Today, I had my very first Pilates class, and I absolutely loved it! The ambiance was so calming and welcoming, and the instructor was amazing—super helpful and encouraging throughout the class. As a first-timer, I appreciated how she guided me through each move, making the experience both enjoyable and challenging. I left feeling incredible and so energized! I can already tell I’ll be feeling it tomorrow, but I’m excited to continue this Pilates journey. Highly recommend to anyone thinking of trying it!

I visited many different pilates studios during my extended stay in Miami, and Miami Pilates Company was hands down my favorite. Michelle is so welcoming, and she knows her stuff! She gave great cues & form corrections every class. The equipment is in great condition, the studio is very clean, and the space is beautiful with huge windows to let the sunlight in. Street and lot parking is available nearby so the walk is only a block or two at most.
