Emma C. is not a beginner friendly AT ALL. She had her "friend" in her session training along, to whom she gave undivided attention throughout the entire session. You could not decipher anything she says. Speaks way too rapid and gibberish. Her demonstrations of each Pilate move are the quickest ever. She doesn't give you a moment to prepare and get adjusted for the next position. It was impossible to have a sight of her too, because she was behind this pillar. My view was blocked. Now Dani in this case, would come right next to you and show it to you personally and guide you to achieve the wanted outcome.

I had to call Emma on it after 25 minutes, told her to demonstrate for longer because she was mainly talking and even then you couldn't understand much.

Oh and she loves mirrors.

Now Dani the other hand, she's everything opposite of Emma.
She really puts in the work to demonstrate you how to do it right and is very patient. As well as her verbal instructions are very clear to understand. She'll go around each individual to assist. Very attentive and present.

Seriously, I'm blown away at the ability to calm my mindpush myself, and kill these workouts. FULL-BODY workouts with an extremely supportive and thorough instructor, Danielle L. She is SO good at what she does, you can tell she loves it a lot. I always feel safe with the machines and with her watching to make sure it's all good. JETSET helped me change (and save) my life!

I switched my membership to JETSET Pilates from another Pilates studio in Brickell after taking my first class with Dulce! After my first class I took many more with all the instructors in this studio and all of them are fantastic. Mauneen, Cristina, Emma, Randy and many more, each provides an amazing experience that makes you addicted to go back. They check your form, make sure the workouts are unique and challenging and have the best attitude and energy that is so much needed. I am a clean freak and the fact that this studio is always nice and clean is huge for me. Reformers are very high quality and music selection is amazing! If you are looking for an effective, fun, challenging and efficient workout with the best instructors in Miami, certainly try this out! You will thank me later!

I recently had a very disappointing experience.

The new front desk lady was incredibly disrespectful and displayed a shocking lack of professionalism. I witnessed her treating a young lady in front of me very poorly just because she was a few minutes late for her class. Not only did she refuse to let her join the class, but she also charged her for it anyway. This kind of treatment is unacceptable and certainly not what I expected from a place that promotes health and well-being. I will not be returning and cannot recommend this gym to others.

Keilly is an exceptional instructor and I can’t recommend her enough. Given it was my first Pilate experience she made me feel comfortable and confident throughout the class. I look forward to attending again with friends.

I had a wonderful experience at Jetset! I was visiting Miami from NYC and my sister took me to a class with Emma. The studio had a very friendly atmosphere (even for beginners!!), super easy check-in process, and really comfy grip socks - love my cute new tall socks 🙂 Emma was an awesome instructor and was giving clear directions, checking my form and had great energy with the class. She made the 50 minute workout fly by and I felt sweaty and SO accomplished afterwards. Safe to say I can’t wait to come back to Jetset next time I’m in Miami, and I recommend this studio to everyone to try!
