If you leave a bad review on classpass for them they will delete it so that no one else can see . I recently went to a class and I left a review saying that the sequence was pretty confusing and it didn’t make sense now it’s gone . It was extra just to “tire you” but it wasn’t real Pilates . Also front desk people are so rude they don’t know how to give good service and that will keep ppl away from coming back .

I’m incredibly disappointed with my recent experience at Jetset Sunset Harbor. As loyal, regular clients, we arrived late due to unusual Art Basel traffic, something completely out of our control. Instead of understanding or accommodating us, the staff, particularly the woman we spoke to, was shockingly rude. She flat-out refused to let us in, despite the fact that I’ve seen other participants arrive 15 minutes late without any issues. The lack of consistency and the unprofessional attitude were unacceptable. This is not how you treat loyal clients, and we expected much better from this studio.

Jet Set Pilates is a fantastic place to work out and I highly recommend it. The quality of the workouts and the attention to detail is exceptional. I have taken Pilates classes at multiple places over the course of my years and nothing compares to Jet Set! I always look forward to my class. The atmosphere is welcoming and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I have to give a special shoutout to my favorite instructor, Cristina B. She is absolutely the best! Her expertise and guidance have helped me achieve my fitness goals and I can't thank her enough. If you're looking for a great Pilates studio with top-notch instructors, Jet Set Pilates is the place to go!"

I came to Jetset while I was visiting from out of town and it put my normal pilates class to shame! The studio was clean and the equipment was in good condition. The instructor was amazing and I appreciated how she challenged us, but also had modifications. I definitely left with a sweat and felt accomplished after! I will be back whenever I come to visit again for sure.

Favorite place to workout in Miami. Tons of parking nearby and just an overall beautiful studio. This is my favorite JETSET location! Plenty of reformers to choose from and I even noticed they even have private studios which is so cool! Everyone’s always so sweet and welcoming 🙂
