Incredible Pilates reformer studio!

Sylvia (owner and head instructor) is absolutely fabulous. She is welcoming of all students ranging from absolute beginner to advanced level. Her knowledge of the body and how to challenge it on the reformer shines through.
Walking into this studio you will notice the extremely clean and well maintained atmosphere that is warm and inviting.
The studio offers group classes with 10 spots and various Levels 1-3 to match your skill level. Also offered are cardio jumpboard classes and private lessons.

This is an incredible addition to your workout routine as well if you enjoy other forms of exercise such as weightlifting, running, yoga or sports such as golf, tennis or pickleball! They will be sure to find your weaknesses and transform them into your strengths!

Luckily I found Sylvia & Pilates Hive. Silvia's practice has been challenging, transforming and physically rewarding. I began my Pilates transformer journey 6 months ago and quickly became hooked. I thought I was relatively fit considering years of yoga & weight training, etc...however since I visited Silvia's studio, I've been challenged every session. I am a stickler on using proper form, which coincides with Sylvia's teaching style! I highly recommend Pilates Hive.

I am a 70 male ex Big 10 athlete. I never thought I would get into Pilates, but with the urging of my daughters, post battle cancer, I gave it a try. I’ve have done a lot of training through the years but this is simply amazing. As we get older balance is a big issue, and this has changed my world. Guys the staff is extremely soft on the eyes as well. I strongly recommend private sessions so the gals don’t hear our moaning and groaning

I've been to several pilates studios over the past few years. This is by far the best. Sylvia is excellent. She has a good sense of each person's ability and can tailor the class to the correct level with appropriate modifications for individuals. Classes are always challenging, but not overly so.
