The cleanest gym I’ve been to! I have been a member for years and appreciate the friendly staff, clean environment and workout varieties that are offered! If you’re concerned about the sauna, your body gets used to it after a week or so. I love Hotworx so much!

BE CAREFUL and READ all agreement terms. THEY will not tell you all details in person. HIDDEN FEES!!! Charge an additional 5$ a month if they have one card on file.. I would have totally given another card but should of read the fine print, so shame on me! IF you try and cancel they will charge you 99$ but really (118$)to cancel or 60 day notice equals out to the same amount. Freezing account she told me and I have in writing should be $9/month and ended up being $14.95 with that hidden extra card fee. I froze my froze my account for this month but went ahead to cancel it all together and asked for the 14$ refund from freezing since we changed it and she said its too late she already charged me for the month and for the cancelation and there is nothing she can do. Honestly terrible customer service. Clearly they need all the money they can get. WATCH OUT!

I've been to several Hotworx locations and so far I've never been to a bad one. This location in particular is in a great area with easy accessibility and plenty of parking. Both of the ladies that have been working the last few times I went were very sweet and super helpful! 'Like' if this review was helpful.

BUYER BEWARE
As a former employee and member of HOTWORX I wanted to bring attention to a situation that arose in October 2023, that has not been resolved. I used to work for HOTWORX from January 2023 til about March or April 2023. I was told when I stopped working for HOTWORX that the card on my account was deleted and I would not be charged for a membership. It was in October 2023, that I was charged $65 randomly for a membership at HOTWORX. I contacted the owner and my credit card company to file a dispute. The owner said that somehow there were two accounts in my name, which was why I was charged, which was weird to me since I was told my account was deleted and was unaware of a second account. Along with this, the charge randomly charged me in October out of nowhere. Since I was in contact with the owner and was promised a refund I was not worried about not getting my money. I waited until November when I heard from my credit card company, saying I had lost the dispute and HOTWORX was keeping my money. This surprised me because both the owner and manager of HOTWORX said I would get my refund. When I contacted the owner again, Kristi Wilson, she told me that I needed to send her confirmation that I had lost the dispute, since then have gone in circles sending her screenshots of my charges, credit, etc., and still no refund. I have gone through many obstacles sending the owner different items to get my refund, to now being in January and not receiving a refund and my texts are being ignored. I have asked her multiple times to send me a confirmation letter regarding the refund stating she intends to refund it to me to give to my credit card company and every time I have sent that text or have asked for confirmation about processing my refund, she ignores the text. I have sent that text 4-5 times. I have not heard from the owner, nor received a refund even though it was only supposed to take 48 hrs. I have realized that I will not be getting my money back and have wasted my time and energy. I wanted to post this review to warn past members of HOTWORX to watch for charges like this and warn potential members that I have been working on getting my money back for months, with little to no help from the owner. So again, buyer beware.

I've been a member here a couple different times and it always ends with something being wrong. The workout itself is worthwhile, fast, you can feel a difference. Over the past couple years I've had several issues. The first was the app not scheduling workouts, which was caused by an error in the Hotworx system. This took almost two months to resolve. The next issue was that for several weeks the door app wasn't functioning properly and I had to rely on other members to let me in. It took several conversations with management to get this resolved, it was another mistake which they had made in the account. Lastly, I was charged twice in the same month with the second charge being significantly more than the first. I'm glad this place has been a good experience for others, but it has been nothing but a headache and nuisance for me.

I have never stuck to any type of workout routine in my life. I have been a quitter...until now.

HOTWORX is so different than anything else I've tried. I am my only competition, I get to choose when I workout and what type of class I want to do that particular day.

The benefits: First and foremost--I feel GREAT about myself afterwards. Classes are 15-35 minutes long. I can go 24/7. Booking is so easy with the app. My skin hasn't looked better. My friends & family have all joined, too because I've raved about it so much and...I'm getting stronger mentally and physically. Plus the staff is awesome. So happy to be part of the HOTWORX family!

Staff is awesome, it’s close to home and a great workout! I love having 24 hr access to classes and being able to sign up to a class through the app. Along with feeling great after a workout, the infrared sauna has done wonders for my skin and my overall health.

I love Hotworx. It is really amazing how good I feel after any class I take. I can already feel the effects of joining. The facility is clean and comfortable. The location is perfect for me as well.
