My wife and I came to support their grand opening and we were so impressed with how incredible their facility is. Very high end. Very clean. Filled with great amenities like normatec leg sleeves and an infrared sauna! Their bathrooms were big and very clean as well!
Their staff was extremely welcoming and knowledgeable as well. My dad has a few recent injuries that he’s been working through and they noticed it immediately and gave him alternative options to do without making him feel excluded from the workout.

I love that I am part of a community that cheers each other on with trainers that are knowledgeable, approachable and encouraging. It’s a fun environment where you get to know each other and develop friendships. Each trainer is talented, in their own way, through functional fitness training, nutrition counseling, mobility training, cardio and strength training-encouraging us each to be the best version of ourselves.
