This place is amazing. Love that it’s small and so clean and connected. Everyone here, staff and members are so so nice. And the classes get sooo hot, I love it. The instructors modify the poses for you, so it’s easily for all levels. Challenging and fun. My favorite instructor and must go to is Lisa Steiner. The absolute best. Try her class and you’ll see what I mean. She makes class so enjoyable and fun.

I’ve been at Yoga 6 in West Boca now for about 2 years. I absolutely love it there! The instructors are phenomenal. I highly recommend Allison’s sculpt and flow class along with Debbie the head instructor. They both have great choreography and are very funny. Keeping things interesting every class! Lisa is also amazing, she really takes the time to make sure you’re not hurting yourself and you’re doing the poses correctly for safety reasons. She’s always so pleasant and genuine! I love her classes!

I would like to leave a review about my experience with Tondie as a yoga teacher trainer.. she is a phenomenal teacher. I've been practicing yoga for 20 years already, and I could say that she has the energy, is dedicated to her practice, and has an amazing vibe. I am willing to go at 5.30 am just for her, but I wish they open more classes a week with her.
