I have been patronizing this studio for the last nine plus years and need I say anymore? The owner, Ms. Libby and all the wonderful teachers , all of whom have huge ?s and love towards their students are 100% dedicated to guide us on how to live in harmony with our own life, thoughts and adversities we all face in a complex world! What a gem! I've been to many yoga studios and I didn't realize this was the studio I needed. It is not about fitness; it is about wholeness. I've loved learning new powerful practices like kundalini yoga and reiki techniques. Libby and her teachers create such a pure and humble atmosphere. It is great to be around others who gavitate towards this wellness mindset.

Beautiful experience. Clear verbal instructions. Optional poses shared during classes. Positive vibe over all. Most important, room temperature was normal and breathable. Nothing fancy hot or warm yoga types. Nowadays, It is hard to find studios which offer yoga lessons at normal temperature

I encourage you to come find your “True Self” at Essential You Yoga in Sophia’s Kundalini class. She will take you on a journey with her teachings of breath work, mantras and meditation. Sophia is a true professional with a dynamic personality and has a wealth of knowledge and leads her class with so much kindness, patience and care. I came out of her class feeling enriched with an improved mind, body and soul! I can’t wait to go back!
