Very nice and clean studio! I took a sweat chizel class and it was the perfect amount of challenging with the added heat.

No mirrors in class so if you like that to check your form you won’t find it at this studio.

I attended Shaun's Death Workshop last Sunday. It was very enlightening & informative. I appreciated and liked the collective sharing and connecting at the beginning of the workshop. It surprised me that it brought up an actual joyful memory for me as a child that was connected to Death. Shaun has such a wealth of knowledge regarding Eastern & Religious philosophies so it's a beautiful privilege to be learning from Shaun. I loved the sound healing at the end and the very powerful gong she played which brought some uncomfortable feelings. It gave me the opportunity to feel and transmute through the transformative dissonance. Thank you for providing the workshop. It's so wonderful that you provide workshops and breathwork classes like this because it is a reminder for me how sacred Yoga is in my life and as a practice. Namaste

Sooo good. Love the low lighting in the studio. Really good playlist. And loved having an opportunity to flow at my own pace after every couple of flows. Shaun was an amazing teacher!

I've been coming to your studio for a while now, and I must say, it's become a significant part of my life. The community here is just outstanding; the warmth and welcome I feel every time I visit are beyond words. This place is a true gem, a sanctuary that has offered me so much more than I could have ever expected. I am genuinely grateful for the space and the incredible community you've fostered. It's rare to find a place that feels so much like home, filled with positivity and encouragement. Thank you for being such an important part of my journey.

Love this spot. It's still relatively new and class sizes are amazingly small. Everyones super nice and I LOVE the lavender towels at the end of the class. Instructors are all amazing and I can't get enough of the sweat-chizle classes, especially with Zara and Shannon.

They’re getting popular and class sizes are definitely going up especially in the PM classes but AM classes are still nice tiny, 4-5 people. If you only have time for PM class make sure to get in with some cushion to grab a spot- 10 min before class starts!
