Super cours de power pilates sur réformer. Coach homme très agréable et bienveillant. Super play list. Ça a chauffé. A refaire. Très beau studio. Super deco et très propre.

I LOVE Speir Pilates!! As a newcomer to reformer pilates, I was nervous going into it but this studio and the instructors here are phenomenal. From the first class, the instructors introduce themselves to you and continue to recognize you each time you come in. I really loved that personal aspect. I've taken Taylor O. and Danielle B. and both have been incredible!! The workouts are hard but their music is great and well-synced to the moves. The instructors are very attentive/will help you as well throughout the class which I appreciate as it can be so easy to have incorrect form when you're first starting out. I look forward to any time I come into the studio and highly recommend it to my friends, family, and others in the community. Also it is an absolutely gorgeous space with tons of natural light, a big plus!

This is the best Pilates studio in LA! From the minute you walk in, you are greeted by someone at the front desk and invited into a very clean and organized studio. Taylor is a wonderful instructor who puts time, energy, and detail into every class that she teaches! She pays attention to each individual in the class, whether it’s acknowledging them when they walk in, paying attention to their form, or making a personal connection, her positive energy is contagious!

This is my favorite Pilates studio in the whole Los Angeles. I love the location, parking is really easy to find. They have at least 1-2 open spots usually open for the classes if you book the last moment, which is super convenient for me. Also the studio is always sparkling clean and staff is very friendly, they remember your name, and are always willing to help
If you have any kind of questions or concerns. But my absolutely favorite part is that the studio has natural light from the huge window! Cause most of the Pilates studios are underground and it kinda makes me depressed, when Speir is always bright and inspiring. 5 star guys! Open the location in SF please, I’m there for work often and can’t find anything like you

Loved my class with Taylor!! She is so welcoming and helpful, while simultaneously teaching a killer class. Every muscle will be shaking!! 10/10 recommend!!

This studio is amazing. I’ve been going here for about a year now and love it so much. The instructors are so sweet and are always there to guide you through your workout and make you feel comfortable . All of their fusion classes are great and I always leave feeling sore in the best way possible. This studio made me love Pilates and enjoy working out. Highly recommend coming here if you haven’t already!!

I live in the neighborhood for over 2 years and I am kicking myself that I just discovered this studio and in just 3 weeks, this place changed my life. My body has transformed! I have never felt so fit and good about myself! I go quite often because of how amazing ALL the teachers are. I love the reformer, I love the classes, I love the layout, I love the people and the staff- it's truly amazing! Thank you Speir Pilates!!
