I had an amazing time with the aerial yoga! It was a great workout and exciting. Melissa was very patient and every minute was fun. She explained everything very well to keep it safe. There are some awesome stretches in the hammock that are just not possible on the ground. I 100% recommended.

This was my first experience with Aerial yoga; my friend and I had such a great experience that we can't wait to go back! Melissa is a talented and patient instructor. She had us in positions that I never thought possible, we even had the opportunity to fly! The accompanying music was perfect. The class is both relaxing and invigorating at the same time. Don't let age prevent you from trying this, we're late 50's ☺️

What an amazing class! I loved the fact that Melissa took into account my sore back and designed a sequence that worked for me and my body. It felt so amazing to stretch, swing and play in the hammocks, but the savasana was the best! I’m sure I fell asleep. I would (and have already) highly recommend it!!

I have been around horses my entire life and I never thought I'd be interested in yoga. Dynamic Bodhi, LLC showed me what it was to be at peace with life in our session, and my horse Timmy enjoyed himself too! Timmy is always on the go. I didn't think he would stand still, but after a couple moves, we became one and it was one of the best memories of my life! I cant wait until our next session!!
