I’m visiting from Germany and I’ve been looking for a yoga studio here I enjoyed for quite a while. I’ve tried some before but when I took my first few classes at one yoga I immediately fell in love with it. The studio is located within a gym which seemed uncommon to me in the beginning but it didn’t bother me at all as the room for the yoga is isolated pretty well. The teachers are as different as their classes. They have a unique, creative teaching style. In general I found a nice and welcoming yoga-community here. Karey showed a flexible approach to the membership I had as I was traveling around some time while being in the US.
I recommend this studio to some friends and I’m already sad that I'll have to leave again soon.

I LOVE this studio!! It has a wonderful zen feel and a view of the park from all studios to add to the experience. All the instructors are well educated and friendly. They also provide classes for all levels, which is great, since I had never done yoga once, prior to coming to ONE Yoga! I would highly recommend this studio and I am happy I found them!!

My wife and I attend breath yoga classes twice each week with Kenna and have for years. We love her classes because they have increased our strength, flexibility, balance, and most of all serenity.
The studio itself is attractive and the staff is friendly and helpful. And, we have met some wonderful new people. One Yoga is an valuable addition to our lives.

ONE Yoga is absolutely the best of the best. It's a beautiful studio and home to many dedicated and passionate teachers. They offer a good mix of classes to please the widely varied clientele. As a bonus, they nearly always have a workshop or event to look forward to! It's a reasonable investment with good packages (that never expire!) and there's always ample parking. It's worth a visit - you won't be sorry!

I'm a big fan of this studio. I've been going to prenatal yoga 2x/week for the last few months and I can tell there is a great sense of community at the studio. There is a wide variety of class offerings, lots of time options, and plenty of special events to participate in. I am so glad I found this studio and I highly recommend it! The 30 days for $40 offer for new students is a terrific way to test the waters.

A great studio! The facility was very clean & beautifully decorated. The floors are somewhat padded which I loved because I have bad knees. Daniel taught our hot yoga class & he was an outstanding instructor- his fun sense of humor kept the hard class happy & upbeat!

Great studio and fabulous community. This place quickly becomes your home away from home. All staff and students that I've met have quickly become huge blessings my life. If you've ever thought about teacher training, this is the place to do it! The workshops are wonderful too. I can't get enough of ONE Yoga!

I have had the pleasure of taking classes taught by Karey, Jenn, and Tonya. That are all wonderful in their own way.

Karey has a very lyrical, dance like quality top her Saturday morning flows. They have really filled a void in my life.

Jenn has such a healing presence, and her Hatha classes are impactful.

Tonya's classes are full of inspiration. She gives excellent adjustments and you will walk out feeling ready for your week
