I love this yoga place. I have been to six different yoga places in the area and I never felt welcomed. I love this place. The instructors are absolutely fabulous. Mindy and Mandy are exceptional women who are instructors there. One class with Mindy, I knew that I found a place that I would want to stay and practice yoga . If you are looking for a different type of yoga where you feel welcome - look no further. You can rest your head here.

Yoga time studio has been such an amazing self care experience for me! Each of the instructors are extremely talented in their practice and welcome students of all backgrounds. Mindy is my absolute favorite instructor, there is no one as talented as her…I always leave there feeling rejuvenated and full of positive vibes. Truly can’t say enough good things! Definitely a 10/10!!!!

Love, love, love Yoga Time Studio!! Sweet little studio with a wide variety of classes for all level yogis. Very welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable instructors. I have been practicing yoga with owner, Mindy Beach, for 10 years. Never the same class, always an amazing experience. Mindy and Yoga Time are incredible!!

I originally went to Yoga Time due to lower back pain from practicing Dentistry for 38 years and riding horses for 14. I've been going for 4 months and what a difference it's made. The teachers and students are very caring, helpful and not judgemental. I Highly recommend this Business!

I have been coming to this studio for over three years and it has been a great experience. When I started I was just looking to add flexibility to my exercise routine. I have gotten so much more. If you just want a physical practice you will be well served, but if you are open or looking for more you will find the opportunity to develop a meaningful mind/body practice as well.

Class times in the early morning, mid morning and evening make it easy to get to class daily. The instructors are genuine and welcoming. Modifications are always offered as well as instruction for trying advanced postures. The atmosphere is calm accepting, other yogis here make a nice community.

I have gotten so much more than what I paid for. My deepest thanks to Mindy, Maribeth and Dave.

If you’re looking for a yoga studio to call your own, this is the place. Mindy (the owner) is an incredible teacher and her welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable demeanor are carried forward by all the other amazing instructors. I’ve been to other studios in the Metro DC area and it’s been my experience that most are, for lack of better word, uppity and disconnected. Yoga Time Studio is a community of sincere and authentic people, genuinely supporting one another in their growth.

YogaTime is amazing! The instructors are outstanding and really put a lot of time into developing their classes and supporting students to have their very best practice, no matter what your level is. Warm, friendly environment. I can’t say enough great things about this studio. It’s been a godsend and such a wonderful way to take care of myself, physically, mentally, and spiritually.
