I love SOL! Elite and Tali are amazing instructors who keep workouts fresh and challenging. With only 4 reformers, you get plenty of personal attention, making every class engaging. The community is so welcoming—highly recommend for anyone looking to start or switch up their Pilates routine!

Sol is the absolute best Pilates studio!! I have been practicing here for years and it continues to be my favorite workout and studio. The instructors are incredible, take the time to get to know you, and guide you through a different flow every class. The movements are functional and challenging and with only 8 reformers in class, you’re able to easily modify movements if you need to. The instructors and members make it a very welcoming and supportive environment. Special shout out to Elite and Rachel for the most incredible and fun workouts over the last few years - Sol is my favorite part of my week!

I love SOL! This studio has introduced me to some amazing instructors (shout out to Rachel and Elite). It feels like they truly care about your workout and change up the routines so it never feels too repetitive. Since there are only 8 reformers, this allows for a good amount of attention in class. This community has also led me to meet so many great people. Would recommended Sol Pilates to any interested in trying a new studio or trying out Pilates for the first time!

I love Sol so much. I started with the new client special and was hooked right away-I got a membership right away. The instructors are all amazing, very knowledgeable, and bring such a fun vibe to class. I’m able to go to Rachel’s classes the most and she always brings the most insane burn-in the best way. I love the small class sizes-I feel like you get more attention and correction from the instructors which I prefer. It’s a great uplifting, encouraging, and welcoming environment. I tell everyone they must go to Sol-it’s the best:)

I absolutely love this studio. The instructors are top notch, sweet, and a lot of fun. Classes are small (no more than 8 people at a time), so they’re able to provide personalized attention - my form has improved tremendously thanks to instructors’ attentiveness. No two classes are the same, even when I repeat the type of class (for example, no 2 “Reformer Flow” classes are the same). I value that because it ensures that I don’t get bored and that I’m constantly learning and using different muscle groups. I also appreciate that they offer many different types of classes, from your more traditional flows to Tower and Booty Burns, all at varying levels of difficulty. Everyone I’ve met has been wonderful and I’ve even made friends in class. Amy, the owner, is super accessible and supportive and will occasionally attend and teach classes as well. I highly recommend this studio if you’re in the area!

I LOVE Sol! This studio was the first one I ever practiced at and I was immediately hooked. 16 months later, I am still practicing and am even thinking of pursuing a Pilates certification myself! All the instructors have different personalities and there are different class styles, so you can really make your experience what you want. I do want to give a special shout-out to Rachel as I just love her teaching style and energy she brings to every class. Thank you to all the instructors — you’re all truly amazing, and the Sol fam is lucky to have you!

I started Sol as a beginner over a year ago and I have enjoyed every class since. The small class sizes and availability throughout the week are great. Each instructor has helped me grow and feel comfortable on the reformer. Truly a judgement free zone. Could not recommend Sol Pilates enough!

Sol Pilates is absolutely amazing! Best Pilates studio In the St Pete area hands-down. I highly recommend it to everyone and their style of classes is amazing! I love working out there.
