Being new to Pilates, I had some hesitation. Isn’t Pilates just for women? Isn’t it an easy workout? Both assumptions were completely wrong! Pilates is amazing, and Pilates One in Coconut Grove is the perfect place to experience it.

This studio, which has been in business for nearly 20 years, offers so much more than a workout. They’ve created a space with a unique energy—walking in, you instantly feel safe and at home. I just finished a “Jump Class,” and what a workout it was! It challenged me in ways I never expected, leaving me feeling stronger and more energized.

The class was led by Jeannine, the owner, who has mastered the art of motivating and supporting her clients. Her approach is encouraging without being overwhelming, which is rare to find in a fitness studio. Even as a beginner, I felt comfortable and capable in her class.

Pilates One has truly inspired me to make Pilates a core part of my fitness routine. I’m already seeing and feeling the difference, and I couldn’t be more excited to continue this journey. Thank you, Pilates One, for helping me discover a new level of confidence and empowerment. Highly recommend

Pilates One is by far my favorite reformer Pilates studio in Miami! I’ve been going here for 3 years multiple times per week and I am absolutely obsessed! The studio is beautiful, so much natural light, so many plants and beautiful decorations. The reformers are also so nice and they have every prop you can imagine. You can take many kinds of classes here - regular reformers, tower and jump board. The teachers are all absolutely incredible, so kind, welcoming and caring and their flows are always so challenging and creative and fun! Highly recommend!

You walk into a beautiful space that is welcoming and transports you to a place where you can focus on yourself and your practice. Without any judgements or distractions. Just a great vibe, great music, atmosphere and MOST importantly, always a great class. All the teachers at Pilates One are special in their own way. Which I think is rare. Each class you take is very different and challenges you physically and mentally. You are never bored in a class. Each teacher that works at Pilates One is thoroughly trained, classically, but is also creative in adding their own twists, challenges, and choreography, making each class unique and different. Yet always challenging! You leave feeling amazing each and every time.

Pilates One is such an intimate and powerful pilates studio. All the instructors are amazing in their own way. I started going after having my first baby and I credit the classes to getting my core strength better than it was before I was pregnant. The equipment is beautiful and clean. The space is peaceful and lovely. Could not recommend enough!
