I booked the 30 minute Quick Carve thinking it would be easy but let me tell you - it was not 🥲 I took class with the owner, Ilyas, and he was incredibly kind, welcoming, and so thoughtful with his programming! I truly got a full body workout and felt challenged the whole time. The studio is super cute and easy to find/get to !

I have been searching for a form of movement/exercise that would challenge me but also something that I would enjoy enough to want to go and be consistent. Pilates is it for me! If you have been thinking about trying Pilates, Carve should be where you start! The studio is warm and welcoming…state of art without being overwhelming like a traditional gym. There are tons of class times available and they are extremely convenient to book on their app. The trainers are exceptionally knowledgeable, supportive, motivating and great at kindly correcting form and offering modifications to every move. The class sizes are small so you feel like you are getting a personal trainer every time! The vibe at the studio is so positive! I’m not a fitness girly by any means and I was worried that I would stand out like a sore thumb, but the other members are a wonderful mix of people at all different fitness levels who support each other with zero judgement. In the past several months at Carve I have grown more confident and strong and have been able to do things that I never thought I could at this point in my life! If you are on the fence about Pilates, give Carve a try, you will not be disappointed!!

Love this new modern Pilates studio! Went recently and LOVED the work out! The trainers are so informative and helpful. I took Mollys class and she took her time to explain each move and help correct form. Highly recommend CARVE!

UPDATE: 9/26/24- I’ve done 16 Carve classes and I’m loving this full body workout. I’m already seeing definition in my muscles and I feel stronger and more balanced. It’s absolutely incredible!!!

I did my first class at CARVE yesterday. It was a great workout and I am excited to go back for more. I was worried that it was only 45 minutes, and I’m coming from 25 minutes away, but I left there feeling like I got a full body workout!! I was not sore today.

I love this place!! because I get bored. I love that these are smaller classes. They're 45 minutes and they work your whole body! It's a great place!

I have been to several studios around Orlando for Pilates and other group fitness classes. I can attest this is one of the best studios I have been to in a while. The studio is all new and the aesthetic is beautiful. The staff is beyond friendly and knowledgeable. Kim was extremely nice and so supportive throughout the whole class. She was encouraging and knowledgeable about modifications for those with injuries in the class and/or beginners. I felt welcomed the whole time and will definitely be back to take her class. The workout was full body and leaves you feeling completely worked out!

After multiple gym memberships, I’ve finally found my Holy Grail of workouts thanks to Carve. This is not your typical pilates studio. Every class is unique and targets different muscles to ensure you never have the same workout throughout your week. The trainers are motivating and dedicated to helping you enhance or modify movements that best suit your needs and capability. Thank you to everyone at Carve for helping me stay active during my second pregnancy and going above and beyond to help me through it! Take a trial class, and I PROMISE you will be hooked!
