After just 3 months of doing Pilates here, I can’t believe how much stronger, more flexible, and happier I feel! The classes have been amazing, and it’s truly changed how I feel in my body every day.

Last week, my family and I went out of town, and the master bed was smaller than expected. As usual, my two kids ended up sleeping with me, and I woke up with terrible back pain that lasted five days. By Monday morning, I could barely move without discomfort and had to take medicine just to make it to my Pilates class. But after that one class, the pain was completely gone! I haven’t felt any discomfort since then!

Maria and Cecilia are absolutely fantastic—so committed, professional, and fun to work with. They know how to push you while making the sessions enjoyable. I always look forward to coming to class, whether I’m recovering from pain or just want a great workout. This place is a game-changer!

I really enjoyed taking the three introductory classes my daughter gifted me for my recent birthday! Cecelia was very patient with me & informative, since I had never taken Pilates before. I feel she has given me a good base understanding of Pilates and the reformer machines, so that I can join a group class in the near future.

I'm having a great experience, before I started euro pilates, I did not like going down the steps, cause I live on the 3rd floor, I felt like I was always going fall, cause my core was so weak, Now I go up the steps like nothing, i dont feel like that anymore, ever since I started euro pilates. Maria and Cecilia are awesome trainers. They absolutely know what they are doing. Love it. Would tell people you need to try it out.
