It was my privilege to learn from Allie during my first course, Movement Principles, as part of the Balanced Body Comprehensive Instructor Program! Wow! Tonight was my first Pilates workout ever. Melanie did a fabulous job (1) introducing me to new body movements, (2) new equipment, (3) she coached me in my very weak beginners state without judgement, (4) her communication was easy to listen to, (5) she seemed to know her way around the equipment well, and (6) I got a whole body workout without having to dangerously fumble my way through unfamiliar gym equipment at a gym! The studio here looks very clean, and smells clean like a spa. Suncoast Pilates is definitely a well kept place by conscientious staff and management that care about the health of their clients.

My story of how I found Suncoast:
I live in Austin, TX. You'd think there would be quality studios to train in for BB near me. All I found was flaky, unresponsive studios. I knew I wanted quality education. I found Patricia online & called to see if she could help me on my quest. She was fast to support and the next thing I knew I flew out to Florida to train reformer with Allie and Patricia.

The master teachers deeply care about the trainees and Patricia gives her heart and soul to the studio! Patricia uplifted my spirits in my Pilates endeavors. It's wonderful to have another experienced business owner see your quality and speak life & truth into you. I left with much more than knowing Pilates repertoire and how I can support my future clients. I left with confidence and belief in myself that I can create the desired business of my heart and soul.

I've been going to Pilates classes at Suncoast for about 5 months now, and I'm loving every bit of it. The studio is super cute and always spotless. Everyone there is so friendly and welcoming.

I take private classes with Jessica, and she's just AWESOME! She's really good at what she does and makes me feel great about my progress. Pilates has become a vital part of my life. It's helping me feel healthy and strong again, and I couldn't imagine my routine without it. Would 100% recommend.
