Invoke is a very welcoming yoga studio. They offer MANY different yoga and Pilates classes. I've only been able to try a couple so far, but they've been great. The classes are challenging, yet accommodations are provided for students who may be new to yoga, or who haven't practiced in a while. I look forward to many more classes there.

I really enjoy coming to the heated yoga studio session. I definitely get a sweat going. The room get Nice and toasty. The instructors that I have had have had good flows and a very calming environment. Definitely recommend.
I took the intro to yoga class, which was really helpful also recommend that.

Camry was an amazing leader in the room. This is my first time doing Yoga and I was worried that I will be lagging or maybe the worst one in the room. In fact, I do heavy weight lifting for years and years with no stretching before nor after, so I thought that I will be so stiff to do Yoga.
I was just fine with no pain or clear struggle thanks for her directions and leadership.

Since day one, Invoke has been a warm, welcoming community filled with passionate people - beginners and seasoned yogis alike. Over the past few months, I have taken a variety of classes with different teachers and have always felt supported and acknowledged. All of your instructors are excellent but Jill is the G.O.A.T! Jill is the one where I look to see when she is teaching because I want to be in her class. Without her, I wouldn't be doing headstands, and side crow. Her class is a joy!

One of my favorite yoga studios in Indianapolis… everyone is always so kind , welcoming, and passionate about yoga. They are your yoga family and it alway feels that they are there to relax and heal me. 🫶🏽

Everyone was very inviting, friendly, and laid back. First timer here and that's much appreciated. The instructor was accommodating and asked for our goals and if we had any needs or medical concerns.
The studio was taking health precautions and sanitizing equipment after each class. There was plenty of room to spread out and keep adequate distance between everyone.
Looking forward to next class!

Andrea greets you for class with a warm smile and is just wonderful! Her flows are filled with a balance of ease and challenge. They are varied and fun and her playlists are so good!
