A little on the pricey side but I have to say such good customer service that I'm willing to pay it. They always say you get what you pay for. I was offered a few beverage upon arriving (you sit in your car the entire time) they offer to put an AC tube in your car so you can turn it off while they work. You have options of alot more then just oil changes. I personally got an oil change, air filter, and transmission flush. They offered more but I declined. They are very courteous and even put towels over the area they work the most from to protect your car. They washed both the front wind shields. They even offered a Military Discount. 10 out of 10 recommended.

Well let me start off by saying I’ve been coming here several years with my first truck now on my third - never had a problem until now first problem they did the transfer case the seal was broken leaking oil okay theses things happen but I took it to a dealership no problems afterwards - now onto the major - I got an oil change , transmission and front rear differential done on Friday Oct 18th cost around 500 US dollars - come Sunday I’m at the movie theaters and it’s leaking oil okay well just had an oil change must’ve been overflow so I took it to the dealership and what they found was leaks from all spots transmission, front rear differential and the oil filter costing another 500 to fix - seriously oil stop where Kenny works the last of the OGs still there - bro someone isn’t placing the washers and seals on correctly- seriously this oil change has now costed my a grand yes a grand why didn’t I take it back to oil stop well shyt - I apparently got all the time in the world - either way dealership explained how this can happen like I said it wasn’t the first time but best to be the last

I'm not understand why my wait time was so long. I watched 2 other cars come and went through the bay next to me and I was there before them. Working 13 hrs and was late to work due to sitting almost 2 hours in my car was not acceptable. I was there before the other cars and should have been directed to pull into the next bay for an oil change. Very unacceptable. Then no one said a thing about the extra oil to top off that I was going to be charged, and when asked why the price was different than what I was quoted, I got silence. Something is way off with dealing with business in Tucson. Ridiculous, I won't be back. Last week, all the fluids came out. I called the owner to come get his car.Updaye 3 weeks after oilchage all the oil leaked out. This is very unacceptable.

Courteous, professional, ethical, and hospitable. They treat you like they appreciate your business, and want you to come back by the service they provide. All the staff appear very knowledgeable, and equipped to do their jobs. Plus the manager and/or owner is a servant leader getting his hands dirty with the crew. The only draw back is the excessive materials they try to sell you along with your oil change, but at the same time it's a business so I understand.

The crew at the Oilstop on Ina is awesome! I have chosen to use their services twice, now, and I will continue to use them for my family's cars. They are friendly, technically-professionally skilled. and very attentive. They keep their customers informed every step of the way as they efficiently service the vehicle, making suggestions for improving the engine's performance. On top of that, they provide extras along the way - pumping tires, washing windows, lubricating hatches....

Great. Liked attitude. Happiest most congenial working environment I have witnessed to date (I’m 65) if it was an act it was a good one. I didn’t shop around but I think I got good value for my dollar. I called ahead because I don’t like waiting. In and out in about half an hour. Checked all fluids and showed on a little comparison platter - you’ll see what I mean if you go - very thorough.. Synthetic oil change plus some other stuff $149 including tax.

Went back 3 weeks later to get coolant and transmission fluid replaced and had some difficulty with an inexperienced technician. After some discussion the misunderstanding was managed by Kenroy (see photo). You can tell a lot about a company by the manner in which they resolve a problem. 5 stars + 1 for customer satisfaction.

Back again. Michael was my primary service tech. Great job. Enthusiastic and friendly. I’ll admit I think it is more expensive here than most other places but the experience is enjoyable for a maintenance visit. Peace of mind.

Service was great, absolutely nothing to complain about. However, they took my card, said they processed my payment and gave me what I thought was my receipt. Then 3 days later I get a call. My payment wasn't processed. So now I have to make a second trip there to pay them. I didn't do anything wrong, they did. But now I have to go out of my way to fix their mistake. But the service was excellent, just make sure they charge you before you leave.

Quick, hassle free, makes me really rethink all those miserable long waits in a lobby at the dealership, when the change here took maybe 35 mins total, from drive in to out, not having to leave your car is a plus. Friendly mechanics, and great deal on first time oil change with the online code, plus a second oil change with 30$ off to give to someone else I know or to use on a second vehicle in the next 2 weeks. Worth it, will be coming back.
