Service was excellent but, sadly, the food was bang average. My partner had to send back her chicken Kiev as it had no garlic butter and was overcooked. Staff didn't quibble to be fair to them and a replacement was slightly better. My gammon steak was succulent but the chips were pretty standard. Nice enough inside with a good atmosphere

We were a group of 12 for dinner, so we pre order of the 3 course set menu. This was delicious and the cocktails were amazing aswell.

My first time trying Haggis Wellington, and it was delicious. It’s always great to have a wonderful first experience. The staff were very friendly, and the restaurant was well decorated. If we find ourselves back on Scottish soil, I will definitely come back here.

Had meal there tonight with party of 8 and enjoyed everything. Paid the bill and gave waitress a tip but on looking at receipt when I got home noticed there was already a ten percent service charge added which I had no idea about. In effect along with the tip I paid double what I would have given. Feel I should have been told this before ordering or at least when presented with the bill.

I had a meeting here so only coffee and cake but I wish I had a place like this near me. Nice coffee, carrot cake wasn't to my taste but it was nice, the surroundings were lovely and the toilets were so nice. Staff were very friendly without going over the top.
