I have changed my tires here for years with the previous operators and had reliably great service, including honestly recommending additional necessary repairs.

Today was a different story. We scheduled our vehicle in for an off-rim winter tire change, but when I brought it the manager said that because the wheels were 5 years old, they needed to sell me a whole new set of tires for $1600. I said the tires are fine and to proceed with the change, but he refused and I left. I visited my local garage and he replaced them in an hour for $150. He confirmed the tires are in great condition and that typically its a 10 year lifespan.

I do not recommend this location.

I had a wonderful experience at Green and Ross today. I called in a jam as my rear tire had a screw stuck in it. They were able to get my car in right away, give me a good deal on two new premium tires and replace them within two hours. Very professional and knowledgeable , friendly and helpful. I knew I was in good hands even though that was the first time this car was ever at Green and Ross. I would definitely recommend them for all of your car service needs.

THE WORST SERVICE I’VE HAD IN CANADA. I HAD A FLAT TIRE AND THE SALESPERSON MANIPULATED AND LIED TO ME TO GET ME TO SIGN AN INVOICE WHERE THEY CHANGED MY BRAKE FLUID. I HAD TO CALL THE POLICE BECAUSE THEY WOULDN’T GIVE ME BACK MY CAR UNLESS I PAID. WHEN THEY REALIZED I WAS TALKING TO THE POLICE, THEY GAVE ME MY MONEY BACK. NEVER GO HERE.

Think twice before going to this garage!!!

I was their customer for years and never thought that big company like this can cheat the customer this way. I sent my wife to change the rim and they said the tire is damaged and I need 2 new tires. What they did is they grind the tire from inside to looks like a damaged, from the picture clearly show the path of the rotary brush they used to imitate the damage(As student I worked in garage chenging tires so i have very clear picture what is involved). On one of the picture is visible partical left from the stainless steel brush.
I saw that they have cameras in the work shop and I asked for the video footage which request was denied.

Made me wait 45 mins for them to give me a quote only for them to tell me I have to go all the way to Mississauga to get it. They could have told me that to begin with.
