Five stars are not enough for the experience Samuel & Oana can provide.
I joined Samuel’s classes several years ago at my gym and it was a life changer.
Practising intensively online classes since March last year and can see a huge transformation of my body & mind.
Improved posture, trained muscles that was no aware of, released back pain but what is the most important I got much more relaxed in general.
AUM YOGA is not only about exercising, but offering the whole meditational experience. I am starting discovering true myself - or better simple values with this experience.
I also like discipline with schedule and very well preparation for all the classes, they are both very professional and same time very natural and nice people ?.

I have been practicing yoga with AUM Yoga for years and can wholeheartedly recommend them ! Samuel and Oana are wonderful teachers and amazing human beings. They are enthusiastic and passionate and they really care about what they do. They offer a wide range of different classes, so there really is something for everyone.

I met Samuel and Oana in 2018 when my journey with yoga started. I profit from the classes more then I could imagine.
Both studio and zoom classes are of high value and quality.
You can practice yoga, Pilates, total body conditioning, pranayama, meditation.

I have been following Oana and Sam for more than 2 years. I never met them really, we see each other daily on the screen, but for me it's like I have always known them. Very empathetic people, very knowledgeable about yoga, technically very professional, very well prepared, serious about the discipline. It's a pleasure to practice with them, both spiritually and physically. Every time you discover something more ... just join.

Very good quality classes. When joining their classes you feel like taking a journey and they are along to help you progress. Either if it’s physical or a more spiritual journey their classes cover both. Highly recommend them.
