Bliss Pilates provides excellent classes with a maximum of 4 students per class for strength, conditioning and core mat Pilates. Shereen is an empathetic and extremely supportive teacher with exceptional interpersonal skills. She will make you feel calm and confident. I can not recommend Bliss Pilates more highly. Once you start you won’t want to stop.

Shereen’s Pilates classes are wonderful. I only recently started and I have never be made to feel like I’m not good enough. The classes are small enough that Shereen has time for everyone and will correct our posture in her really lovely way. I look forward to my weekly classes and I feel improvement week on week. I absolutely love Shereen’s Pilates classes. She is an amazing teacher and knows her stuff so well. I always look forward to my weekly classes. Every week is slightly different, so all muscle groups get a work out. I can only highly recommend!
