Amazing studio! So aesthetically pleasing, clean, great lighting (for those ig pics 😉) please please take a class with Claudette, knowledge teacher guides and corrects you through every single move. Pilates is always a challenge but I left my class feeling powerful and strong after Claudette took her time and had patience with me. They offer different class packages, would definitely be coming back! They just opened so take advantage of the first class being complimentary. You will fall in love just like I did.

CadiLab is such a wonderful studio with the most AMAZING instructor, Claudette! I’d never tried pilates on a reformer before, and after a class with Claudette… I’m hooked. Her class was the perfect combination of cardio and strength, my favorite kind of workout!

That was the best Pilates class I’ve ever been to!! I’m fairly new to Pilates and never understood the hype until today. Claudette was the most incredible teacher, she was so kind, patient, and helped me correct my positioning to avoid injury. Not to mention the studio was decorated beautifully and so easy to find. I was under the impression that Pilates was not a tough activity… but boy was I WRONG! Claudette was the best fitness instructor I’ve had, period. She makes the class challenging, yet enjoyable. Her positivity and great attitude is contagious. You can tell she loves what she does.

The studio itself is state-of-the-art and thoughtfully laid out. It’s a fun and intimate setting with clients. I look forward to taking many more classes with Claudette at CadiLab!

Claudette’s workout was fantastic. She is attentive, helpful, calming and wonderful all around. I have taken a lot of Pilates classes with different instructors and she certainly has set the bar high for great Pilates instruction.

Cadilab is the nicest and friendliest Pilates studio I have ever been to! Claudette is the best instructor! Her kindness, passion, and positive energy create such a welcoming and motivating atmosphere in every class. She will kick your booty! The studio itself is well-designed, very clean, and comfortable. I always leave feeling rejuvenated and motivated to take on the day!
