I have been coming to Casa D Hot Yoga for months now. They have a nice variety of clases and instructors; all of they have not disappoint. The studio has one main class area, I love that you can try different essential oils and they have numerous cleaning supplies - very important in a hot yoga studio. I use class pass to take my class instead of paying a membership and that has work very well for me. Overall is a clean and welcoming environment ?

Almost 3 years ago I hobbled into this studio looking for stretches to relieve a back issue. Not only did I find relief in a physical sense, the unexpected benefits from practicing yoga translated to more awareness, happiness, and overall peace of mind in my daily life. This yoga studio is the best! It’s exactly what I was looking for - the focus is on the yoga itself and the staff goes above and beyond to create a really positive experience. The owners are so kind and helpful. The teachers are great, loved Penny! Very knowledgeable, supportive, and friendly teachers and staff! Great positive vibe all around! Highly recommend!

The class and teacher (Laura) are great overall.
The space is relaxing and intimate, and the instructor is so helpful and mindful of keeping proper posture to avoid injuries.
She allows you to go at your own pace, while also pushing you when she feels you’re ready.
The instructor is fantastic and really works hard to make you feel comfortable in your own body and space.

Domenica is an amazing instructor. Great variety of classes. So happy to find a yoga studio that focuses on the technique and not so into the trendiness.
Looking forward to taking advantage of my unlimited month and trying some of the other classes and teachers.
