Amazing experience, beautiful facility, DDPY is the real deal and will have you feeling better Day 1! If you get a chance to take a class or attend an event here, especially when Diamond Dallas Page himself is around, *do not* pass it up! I really hope they start offering weekly in-person classes again soon!

I'm up to my 3rd class now. I've passed this studio so many times saying that one day I would stop by. Well... thanks to groupon, that day finally came. I purchased the deal and booked my first class... then my second and so forth so on. I love the complexity yet simplicity of each move. While my body may get tired in certain stances, I feel that each move is possible and I love that feeling; The feeling of knowing you can do it. I'll be back to finish out my groupon courses and am already considering a regular membership. Excellent workout for all fitness levels. Super friendly instructors, no pressure environment. This isn't what you would consider to be traditional yoga. You don't hold poses for very long, you typically are constantly moving to keep the heart rate up. So for the men out there, don't be afraid of "Yoga," classes are typically 50/50 men/ women.

I ama person who has taken things to heart and been beaten up more by myself then others. I have read the unstoppable and have completed almost all the list. Now, I am taking My life at 90% and going to bring JOY back to my life. I am 46 and I am starting with DDPY Rebuild and the app and I have done one every two to three days due to my work schedule but, I am working it in. I am going to visit Smyrna first chance I get. BANG

They make it impossible to cancel your subscription. I was also charged on 12/28 when I had till 12/30 to cancel. I had to go through my credit card company to block & dispute the early charges.

Update:
The problem was with Google not ddpy. A representative from ddpy called and was very nice and helpful my suggestion is to sign up directly with ddpy & not Google.

Very welcoming and inclusive atmosphere. The staff is great; very professional, no inflated egos, and they ensured everyone in my class was able to participate, regardless of their physical challenges or limitations.
