Staff communication is horrible. Try to find out about information about the gym and working out. Couldn’t answer questions just kept saying they are a membership base gym when all I was asking is if I take a tour if I would be able to workout after. If you want $200+ for a membership I at least want to see if I like the equipment and facility. And I would hope for $200+ that the staff would be great ! No thank you

I decided to take a break from my usual spa and get a massage from Sham at Equinox. It was GREAT 👍 he is very knowledgeable and doesn’t need the coaching that I’ve had to do with other therapists. Hands down, the service was a 10 from start to finish. I’ll be back in a few weeks!

I’ve debated sharing a review, not because this gym isn’t fantastic (it is), but because I don’t want more people going at the same time as me 😂

Equinox is a luxury gym experience which lives up to the hype. You are paying for unlimited classes, well maintained equipment, friendly staff, gorgeous locker rooms and Kheils products, nice pool, and best of all…. No crowds! Seriously… I go at noon when I can and I’m one of maybe 15 people at the gym. It’s amazing.

Side note, the customer service is incredible. I noted that there was no swim / pool equipment available, and within days they had ordered kick boards, floats, and more to use for working out. So thankful for that. For me, paying more for a gym is something I am willing to justify for my mental and physical heath. Why wouldn’t you want to go someplace you are excited about each day?

No complaints about Equinox Plano. Step above any other gyms in the area. Everyone I have interacted with has been pleasant and easy to work with. My trainer Trent holds me accountable and pushes me to do things I didn’t think I could do. I’m looking and feeling better than I ever have.

Group classes are great if you vibe with the instructor. This location gets crowded between 6-8pm but so does every other gym on planet earth. The worst thing about this place is the members that take phone calls while sitting on a machine.

Phenomenal facility with a great staff. There are 4 levels (including the outdoor rooftop Playground) all of which are really well maintained. The gym is never overcrowded, so waiting on equipment isn't much of an issue even during peak hours. Dumbbells go up to 120lbs, plenty of barbells plus a couple trap / hex bars, powerlifting platforms, squat racks, smith machine, a variety of benches, 2-lane indoor pool that almost always has at least 1 lane open, several studios, tons of classes, really clean locker rooms with towel service, and more. Highly recommended.
