Forrest Pilates is wonderful! This space is perfect for beginners and experienced Pilates and yoga students. The space is beautiful, cozy; and makes you feel safe and comfortable. Maria is the real thing, a classic Pilates teacher. You can't really get the full benefit of Pilates without a teacher that pays attention to the details of your posture and Maria is excellent at that. The environment is both soothing and professional. The class size is perfect for allowing adequate attention at an affordable price. I highly recommend Forrest Pilates.

After an accident and doing pt for a while I started pilates with Maria. This has been my best pain manager that I tried, my back pain is reduced, the strengthening and posture changed so much and still.

Hi i live in Mission Viejo because my business is here But my family live in Miami and i want to make my daughter and my wife strong physical so i find Maria, She have a Studio and i want to share about her Studio, Its Great studio with super knowledgeable instructors.Very spacious studio. Maria and her team give great classes.Great equipment and very personalized instruction. I love this place. I gave gained strength, balance and muscle tone. I love the tower/reformer classes. All the teachers are amazing. This place has changed my body. I highly recommend it because the classes are small so you get attention from the teachers.
