Not your average gym! Fun, family like atmosphere. Meant for all ages, body type and fitness levels. The classes provide coaches not instructors. They are there to help and support you. Not every movement will be for you but they will help you find your way with support and encouragement. If you want a more private/personal experience try personal training. It’s not just your 1hr with your trainer. They also give you the tools to reach your goals on your own and you never know when they are watching you👀 at anytime they can reach out and give you that pick me up you need that day or the push to get through whatever your hurtles are that day.

If you want to work out with your headphones on in your own zone keeping to your own routine, this may not be the place for you. But if you want a community to support you and motivate you this is the place to be. Love my gym!!!

Inspire Fitness gym is built on a sense of community for all who attend. The classes and training offered cover the whole fitness spectrum, and are well managed and organized by the knowledgeable coaches and instructors. It is a positive experience for anyone going there!

Their equipment is top of the line, and also incorporate innovative apps and online means to support the workouts and clients. They certainly have changed my fitness for the better. I would recommend anyone of any fitness level to attend and see what classes you’re interested in joining.

Inspire is my place! The community, the support and the friendships have remained a comfort for me in unsteady times! The accountability is on point, you are never forgotten and that is helpful when you’re trying to meet a goal or grab a new gain! The encouragement and feed back that I receive regularly from Kim and Rob is so critical in allowing not only improvement, but also to instil a sense of accomplishment...going to Inspire Gym has not only helped to make me fit, but just happier all around to work out, have fun and know I can be myself but still give it my all. I love CrossFit and this place has the best possible environment you need to work on your form. Great, experienced trainers who push you to achieve more. Great crowd to work out with, everyone is supportive and encouraging. Fairly flexible schedules as well. Highly recommend.

Feels like my second home! Rob & Kim are amazing coach’s, they take the time to get to know you, give you advice, tell you the truth (even if you don’t want it ;))the community is awesome, very supportive! They were my first “pitstop” to my new lifestyle, and both have been there for any questions or concerns I’ve had along the way. I only have praises for them! They’re an amazing duo! Fantastic gym to be a member of. Fitness and nutrition all in one place. Kim and Rob are great coaches and will help you set and attain your goals.
