A great yoga experience! A definite friendly, no-judgment zone with friendly, fellow attendees. The classes are not crowded, so each class is an opportune custom-like experience! I have been able to take my time coming up to speed with proper form of the movements and can take a modified pose to accommodate me or simply pause as needed. Props for classes available.

Loved Elissa’s stretch & recover class so much! She created such a calm and relaxing environment and how she walks you through the motions took away the stress for this newbie. She gave options if the original move didn’t quite work for you and made the class feel accessible. Will definitely be back and recommending to friends! So excited to have a yoga studio in Hill County!

I had the opportunity to attend one of her classes, and it was truly a relaxing experience. The stretches weren't too demanding on my body, even though I'm not very flexible. Initially, I was worried about being able to perform the movements correctly, but that concern vanished once we started. The instructor was incredibly kind and gentle with us. I highly recommend taking a class if you're feeling stressed, anxious, or uneasy; it will help you calm down and relax.
