The best Pilates experience I’ve had. As soon as I walked in I was greeted with a warm welcome and instantly felt like I found “my place.” The studio is immaculate with beautiful and elegant decor. The equipment is top-of-the-line. The instructors have been teaching for many years and will give you the most challenging and effective workouts based on your abilities. The owner, Laura, only hires the best of the best! In private sessions I was able to choose the music, which I found very accommodating. Overall, I’m so ecstatic to have found Laura’s Ultimate Pilates. It’s no wonder that they’ve been open for over 8 years!

This is by far the best group workout in South Florida. It has totally strengthened my core and body like it has NEVER been. The studio is always filled with great energy from the hard working students who always greet each other with a smile and a friendly chat. The owner, Laura, never ceases to amaze me with the diversity and uniqueness of each and every class. She is totally hands on and working with you while at the same time instictly knows when to give us exact instructions on breath and form. The studio itself is always beautifully clean and welcoming. I attend three days a week and I throughly look forward to each and every class.
