First off all everyone knows,? yoga is good for our health. We think that it's too boring it's not like the gym?️ because it's not trending we are not aware from that.I was a gym freaky guy and heavy lifter there is no flexibility in the gym so many years I was in the gym.Now I join yoga it is totally different for me because it's not easy for me.When I saw mentally peacefully & satisfaction my daily life routine has been changed automatically.Confidence comes when your mind is relax and you will take your right decision.?
