I have been a client of Teresa’s for over two years now and I have enjoyed every single session that I have ever attended. Post pregnancy, I suffered from a number of muscular issues. Keeping up with Pilates has helped me overcome all ailments and now my core is stronger than ever. I have done Pilates with other instructors in the past but chose to continue training with Teresa for a number of reasons; she’s reliable, knows a lot of about the human body and is meticulous about the correct way to perform some of the movements to maximize results. She’s also very good at motivating me to push through - even on days where I feel sluggish. Worth every penny and highly recommend!
