When I stumbled upon PI, I was a Pilates teacher seeking guidance, and PI was there for me every step of the way. Holly's teaching inspired me so much that I decided to enroll in her training programme, recognising how much I had yet to learn. That decision catapulted me to a whole new level, and that was in 2012, Today, I proudly run my own classical studio, yet I still find joy in practicing with PI. My favourite place to decompress.
I have been practicing Reformer and Tower Pilates for about 2 years now and I am amazed by the results. It fitted my routine perfectly and it feels so good!
All amazing teachers, especially Zhana and Max who are both so thoughtful and caring, making sure every inch of your body is doing the right movement.
The location is basically a rooftop greenhouse and when is warmer you can sometimes finish your training in the outdoor patio between plants.
Highly recommended, especially the monthly pass, but it’s also on ClassPass for first starters.

I took the tower class with Tala, I also bought a friend with me as she’s settling in London for a bit and misses her sessions with me. We both loved the class, any instructor taking on Contrology has to clearly have a passion for it as it’s hard work. I loved how she recognised our different competent levels in some shapes, and therefore squeezed me a little more in some shapes. She’s growing to be a fab instructor. We will be back. Also to add I travel from the North of U.K. for a class at PI Pilates, it’s ace x

I’ve been a regular at Pi Studios for over two years now. I started Pilates back in 2021 for some severe back pain I was experiencing and regularly attending Pi classes has completely transformed my body. I’m in the best shape I’ve ever been and it’s the only workout that I’ve ever been able to stick to consistently. The teachers are world-class experts and the sense of community is so special. With the plethora of Pilates studios to choose from it’s difficult to work out which is good and who is not. I have tried many in Chelsea/Battersea and surrounding areas, Pi Pilates is unquestionable the best in town. It’s a training school for Pilates instructors who travel from around the world to be trained so you get the very best instructor for classes. The founder, Holly Murray, has a world class pedigree and oodles of experience but the people she selects are the very best and the range of equipment is enough to keep any one’s core firm and injury prevented or repaired. My experience with Pi Pilates is gained over 9 years and working with many instructors. If you want the best in traditional Joseph Pilates, this is THE place to come.

Most amazing and equipped studio in London, located on a beautiful rooftop you can enjoy your class looking up into the sky, natural light, the best. I am so glad I did my training here and learned from Holly, Rachel, Max, all the staff is really knowledgable and skilled. So grateful I’ve discovered it. Highly recommend for whoever loves Pilates.
