Tuesday, July 30, 2024 was my second visit to this lab. My first visit was good, with the exception of the minor bruise from the needle. The second visit on 7/30 was not great. The phlebotomist inserted and needle and something was immediately wrong, she hit a nerve, I flinched and the pain was crazy, an electric feeling shot down towards my wrist and I said that something was wrong, but she continued w the draw, I just kept my head down as I endured the discomfort/pain. After the initial pain, there was an electric feeling down to my wrist, followed by numbness.

Currently it is three days later and nothing has changed, the feelings are sometimes complete numbness, sometimes pins and needles and sometimes pain when I extend my arm and reach for something. I understand that things happen, but the office’s complete disregard for me as a patient are unacceptable. All that she said was that she didn’t do anything, that she just drew blood. Concern for me would have gone a long way, but there was none. An apology would have sufficed also, but there was no apology. It seems like there should be a protocol for hitting a nerve, but I will never know. This lab hurt me and I am not ok. I cannot recommend this lab because of their lack of concern/care of patients.

I never had a better experience getting my blood drawn. The place is neat, clean, easy check in. No wait both times I was there. Susie is not only kind and courteous, she's one of the best phlebotomists you'll ever come across. Thank you for a great experience!

I have been coming to this location for years. Great staff and always very helpful. Almost always in and out quick, as compared to Quest Diagnostics across the street.
