I found out Pilates Design through a google search and fell in LOVE after taking my first class. I knew I had to sign up for an unlimited membership! The packages are a bit pricy (especially on a budget) but totally worth it if you want to see and feel a difference in your body.

I always feel welcomed upon walking in and am always greeted by a smile. The classes are very challenging (you will be sore), but the instructors make it so engaging and encouraging. Their attentive to your needs and make sure that you're not uncomfortable during any of the forms. There are only eight spots per class so you do receive a lot of personal attention which I appreciate.

Overall, I couldn't recommend Pilates Design more if you wanted to sculpt and tone. You'll come out of each class dripping in sweat and feeling SO accomplished!

Pat at Pilates Design goes above and beyond to help people understand the mind/body connection that Pilates offers, and really recognize themselves internally.

The owner Pat Jones is a wonderfully well rounded individual who loves and cares for all of her clients. She has a vast knowledge of the human body and knows how to train individuals of varying experience levels. From the beginner to the most advanced.

Every class offers a unique way to train and challenge your body from Tower, Chair, Mat and Reformer you will receive and overall body workout. Pat is very talented and always check your form to insure the exercises are being done correctly. She also offers modifications if you're not able to do all the moves.

Check it out, you will not be disappointed and motivated to go back.
