I've been practicing reformer pilates at Pilates of Weston for almost 2 years, and it is one of the best investments that I have made for my health. It’s preventative medicine for my lower back issues, and it has restored, and improved, my mobility. Luisa and Patty are my favorite teachers, but everyone will find a teacher here that suits their personality.

Stacy is extremely knowledgeable and has changed my body in just a few weeks. I have one on one training so she customizes the workout for my body. The environment is inviting and friendly. I highly recommend Pilates 4 Everybody!

I aent to the intermediate class with Cynthia. Unfortunately, I was just really bored. There was no music to get you motivated. All you hear is the awkward noises of the machines, the instructor, or silence otherwise.

I personally didn’t like how there were sooo many different exercises with minimal repetition, so you’re just constantly moving around trying to figure out the next move is.

I’m not sure. This class or studio isn’t tailored to those who want a serious challenge with a fun environment.

I recently attended Luisa Echeverry's 6 am beginner/intermediate class at Pilates at Weston, and unfortunately, it was a disheartening experience. As someone who has taken classes with other instructors at the studio without any issues, I was taken aback by Luisa's demeanor.

From the moment I stepped into the class, I sensed an air of rudeness and passive aggressiveness from Luisa. Unlike the other instructors who were always polite and supportive, Luisa seemed condescending and impatient whenever I made a mistake. Her tone was curt, and she appeared visibly annoyed whenever she addressed me.

What struck me the most was the stark difference in treatment compared to other instructors. While the other instructors were patient and understanding when students struggled, Luisa's attitude bordered on hostility. It's particularly disappointing considering she's the owner of the studio; one would expect the owner to set a standard of professionalism and warmth.

During the class, when I sought clarification on certain exercises, Luisa's response was dismissive, stating that I should know what I'm doing if I'm taking a beginner/intermediate class. This attitude only added to the discomfort and demotivation I felt throughout the session.

As a result of this experience, I've made the decision to no longer attend classes at Pilates at Weston. It's a shame that one individual's behavior can tarnish the reputation of an otherwise reputable establishment. I hope that Luisa takes this feedback constructively and works towards fostering a more positive and supportive environment for her students. Until then, I cannot recommend this studio to others.

The class was decent, but pretty uninviting environment. I joined a beginner class for a reason and I did not feel that the instructor, Luisa, had the patience for beginners and came off as frustrated for the most part. I would look else where if you are starting from zero.

I love my sessions at this studio. It’s challenging but I feel great after each session. Luisa is a great instructor and the studio is nice and clean!
