This has quickly become my favorite Pilates studio in Miami! Every instructor’s style is different. Which means you can pick and choose depending on what you feel your body needs in the moment.

Monica Cedar in particular though? She’s extremely intuitive (as well as highly experienced) and is able to adjust her approach to meet you where you are. Amazing instructor and person all round!

This business is highly unreliable. They canceled the class literally at the last minute, completely disrupting my schedule. I left home, drove to the building, paid for parking, and went up to the 6th floor, only to find out the class had been canceled. Extremely frustrating and unprofessional.

Best pilates studio I've found so far! The instructors here are the BEST. They really go out of their way to work with you and help your practice flourish. I've pretty much tried all of the instructors at this point, and they're all good. Which makes fitting their classes into my busy work schedule so much easier. Because I don't have to tailor my workout schedule around one specific "good" instructor. Just pick any instructor, and go! I love this place, can't recommend it enough.

Suffered from cervicogenic migraines for years… Day to day at work did not help with posture… I started at Pilathon in February, at least twice a week, and I havent had a single migraine ever since.

I love this place. As a former Pilates instructor, I really appreciate passionate and knowledgeable teachers. But what I really love to see is creativity -- and that's something each teacher here has. I've been blown away by the classes here. There's so much joy and personality in this place. Everyone is super friendly, too, so first-timers shouldn't feel intimidated at all here. I've taken Pilates classes all over the world -- and this studio has impressed me the most -- consider me hooked!
