I cannot say enough wonderful things about Pinecrest Pilates! This place has completely transformed my perspective on exercise and staying active. Thanks to Jayme, who has been my primary instructor, I’ve developed a new-found love for fitness. Not only do I feel physically stronger, but the mental benefits have been just as powerful. Every time I walk through the doors, it feels like the world stops, and it’s just about me and my well-being—better than any medicine!

I’m so grateful to the friend who recommended I try this studio. The vibe here is exactly what I needed—calming, supportive, and empowering. Jayme has played such a key role in my journey, and I’m beyond thankful for her guidance and motivation. Recently, I had the chance to try a class with Lisa, and she was fantastic as well. This place truly feels like a community where you can focus on yourself and make meaningful progress, both physically and mentally. Forever grateful to Pinecrest Pilates, Jayme, and the whole team!

I love the welcoming environment at Pinecrest Pilates. I mostly do the Spin - Pilates combo, and Lisa does a fantastic job with the High-Intensity Interval Training. Then there's a time for Pilates to stretch and work the muscles. All of the Pilates instructors in the studio are excellent. They are knowledgeable, and each offers unique techniques to their classes. It's a great place to work both body and mind!!

I have taken classes with both Jayme and Lisa and they are both fantastic. Love the teachers, but would like NOT to hear cell phones ringing. breaks my concentration. I understand that there might be emergencies , but the amount of cell phones rigng i amy class is absurd!

Being new to Pilates, Pinecrest Pilates has been the perfect place to start. Jayme plans her classes well, she watches her clients carefully and corrects when necessary, we use a wide range of equipment and Jayme is energetic, friendly and welcoming! She’s awesome! Highly recommend

This studio has been a lifesaver for me mentally and physically! The instructors are excellent - they inspire you to do your best but understand your personal limitations if you have any.

I lost twenty pounds working out with these wonderful women and I continue to be challenged every day that I go whether it be for reformer pilates or spin classes. I highly recommend Pinecrest Pilates to men and women alike.

I have always done Pure Barre and thought I would give Pilates a try. On my first day I got a fabulous instructor Jayme!! Jayme goes thru all the steps and is very helpful in teaching a great class. I’m hooked because of her.
