I got arrested last night on a breach of my conditions based on the information provided to the crown from this company. It’s also in part because my probation officer can barely tie his shoes….he didn’t confirm my permitted travel time to the job fair I attended (because I want to better my life).

This is the second time this has happened with my PO not setting up the correct GPS exception.

Anyways, after waking up my lawyer at about 1am she sorted it all out. This is my first criminal charge, and I’m 39 days away from having the GPS removed. Still, it was an entirely unpleasant experience sitting on a concrete slab, with no access to my PTSD medication (Afghanistan veteran).

The kicker: before the job fair, I called Recovery Science because my PO is always unreachable and they refused to tell me the times that he would have sent to them to authorize my absence from my house.

So…..from my experience, I feel it’s safe to assume that some of the reviews of Recovery Science are true.

I can’t tell you to just not get arrested, sometimes life just happens. Although it’s the best approach….don’t get arrested. If you do however find yourself wearing a GPS monitor from Recovery Science….Take it from this Canadian.They cannot be trusted, and will go so far as to give misleading information to the prosecutor.

The staff will straight lie on you. Luckily there was always a witness during interactions who was able to confirm their lies. When you catch them lying on you they will then say that they can not disclose their names or id numbers to file a report and hang up. The behaviour from this staff should be illegal.

The employees of this company are either incompetent or are just abusing authority. They will give you instructions and when you follow them, they will try and tell you that you did not. Always have witnesses present when speaking with their staff. It seems they are paid a commission fee for every time they have a breech so they will go out of their way to lie and cause chaos. Very unprofessional behaviour. Would not recommend this company to my worst enemy.

Super amazing the people that represent this dynamic company truly do care and go the extra mile to assist you. I truly wish more companies would operate with the professionalism and respect. Please don’t get me wrong I am far from proud to be wearing this bracelet, I truly love the respect that has been demonstrated to me. Keep up the good work.

Steve tan ,,,this guy works for this company and causes people to go to jail and get breaches that they don't deserve so make sure when dealing with him that u record all conversations and hav someone with u to back u up,,,cause he lies and twists the actual facts and actually causes innocent people to go to jail,,,this guy needs to be investigated by his company for this behavior I personally witnessed him in action myself yest ,I'm not going to get into details on here as I'm worried it could affect the person I'm the assurity for even tho it shouldn't, this is the type of person he is ,,totally bullsh8t on ur behalf yest Mr tan ,and I'm going to put myself on the stand in court when the time comes and let the court know all about how u dealt with a certain person yest ,,let's just say this ,,he called cops on this person I'm the assuring for ,,and put them in jail ,for there ankle bracelet not working and infact it was working ,,, Mr director of opperations

The junk they supply don't work lol. My friend fooled it no problem lol
