I can't reccomend this studio enough. I was really nervous to try Pilates even though I'd heard so many good things about it because I was scared of not fitting in at a cliquey, snobby studio. Soteria is the opposite of that. The instructors make an effort to learn your name and make every class accessible for every level. I've already felt my body start to change and feel stronger only after a few months. I look forward to going to my classes so much! If you're looking to try Pilates for the first time, this is the place to do it! Thank you Jess and team!🩷

Amazing studio. I love the vibe here, everyone is down to earth and friendly. Every class is different and each one works muscles I forgot that I have.

I’ve been taking private training with Jess for 1 year now and plan on continuing. Jess is a very caring and truly a wonderful instructor! Having had 3 back surgeries I lived with a lot of pain for years. Now I no longer experience ANY pain in my back. I am stronger, more mobile and much more active. Over the course of this year, I was diagnosed with aggressive prostate cancer and required surgery. The work with her both before and after the surgery made my recovery so much quicker than what I would have ever imagined. She is just such a gem!

I have loved my experience here! Brindle is amazing, and the most kind spirited person I have ever met. She has worked with my limitations, and I have never felt better or stronger. The place it self is clean and smells amazing. I see people of all different body shapes and sizes. I really have enjoyed my experience here thus far.
