I was interested in taking yoga classes but was apprehensive. I had never participated in yoga before. I was encouraged to try Cristina’s early morning class (I hate mornings) but figured I would try it once. That was it, I was hooked! I went every morning that Cristina taught for the entire summer. She gives each student individual attention, encouragement, and guidance. She is patient and very warm. I’m thankful that she now teaches an evening class so that I can practice with her again. I look forward to every Monday night! PYC is a great place to begin and continue with your yoga practice. I enjoy the atmosphere and all of the knowledgeable instructors. It has been a most positive experience!

LOVE this Studio!! Just did Miko’s class for the second time this week and loved it. Holly, Cristina, , Justin & Christian are all incredible.

Between the 4 of them they cover every type of class you could want. Great vibe,, welcoming studio, highly accommodating and very skilled instructors.

Tremendous experience. It's been one year since I made the decision to attend weekly classes. ( Yoga & Pilates Mat). It's been so healing and the instructors have been so helpful and experienced. I went to a mat class with a friend and was instantly hooked! Miko is such a gifted soul !!! I have NEVER stuck with an exercise regime and now I can't wait to go to this studio !!! Every instructor is so very talented and they really strive to help each and every one in each class!! I will be going for life!

I’ve been doing Pilates with the staff for at least 4 years now. Every instructor is an expert and is there to make sure you have the best experience possible. They understand each body is different and they help you to keep advancing. Pilates is where I go to take a breath and focus on me for an hour. When I walk out after a class I’m always smiling!

5 stars to every aspect of PYC: Pilates and Yoga Center. I was looking for a Boynton Beach yoga studio over 2 years ago when I was fortunate enough to discover PYC was less than a mile from my home. At the time, I evaluated two other studios and landed on PYC as my "home" studio. I joined for the yoga, but soon learned to love the Pilates Mat classes. Professional, clean, and outstanding service, PYC takes our yoga and pilates practices to a new level. Go now, you will not be disappointed.

I teach Yoga in the studio. It is a very cosy and clean place to practice with a good number of classes to choose from. The attention is oriented towards the individual client and the classes are great for begginers and intermediate students. I highly recommend giving it a try.
