$120 for synthetic oil change.5qt I asked for Mobile 1 which protects for 10k miles. But they always give me 4K or 5k on my windshield sticker to change. “ business”. It takes 6 quarts so they charged me $25 for one extra quart, which is $10 in any store.
It’s a business, don’t expect anything more than what you paid for with a bit over charge.
Going back to my guy for $100 with same service. He was on vacation so I wanted to see what was out there. I found out. I’m going back or just doing it myself come spring. To many businesses out there over charging for convenience.
Overall, there don’t take long.

Regrettably, after all these years, I have to give this place a one-star review on Google. I’ve been a loyal customer for many years, as you can see in the photo. My first oil change there was 2/13/17. They gave me the attached punch card, which promised me a $9.95 oil change after 14 oil changes. I go every six months, so today was the day I was up for my $9.95 oil change. I proudly displayed my card on the way in, which they acknowledged. But when it came time to pay, they charged me $53.26. I protested, but they refused to honor their word, simply saying, “We don’t give synthetic oil changes for $9.95.” To me, this is false advertising, and I will be filing a complaint with the BBB.

Needless to say, I threw the new punch card they gave me in the trash and have no intention of ever going back. Why would I when they clearly have no intention of honoring their word? I hope their policy was worth losing a longtime customer, and possibly even more once folks read my review and realize what these people are all about. Shame on them!

I came back to this place based on the time frame that their sticker told me I should from my last oil change with them,my light wasn’t even on yet. I asked for them to do the same thing they did the last time, which they said would not be a problem. My last visit on June 3rd I paid $45.80 when the guy came back and the oil change had been completed they charged me $74.58 saying that they used synthetic oil because that’s what their sticker said that they had used the last time. That seemed like a big price difference from my last visit and I showed them the receipt from my previous oil change there with them which they seemed surprised I had and they did not take any accountability or offer any solution they said it’s not their fault that the sticker said something else and didn’t want to take responsibility for their mistake, how can they not be responsible if they’re the ones that put the sticker. I feel the need to leave a review to warn people that they seem to try and find ways to charge you more why else would they not acknowledge their mistake and offer a solution, if a places is dishonest in what can seem like small things they’re dishonest in others as well- beware. I won’t be coming back here.

They really are done in 10 minutes or less! It’s amazing ! For a girl that’s busy and always on the run this is the place I love to go to. They don’t hassle you for items that need to be replaced under the hood. It’s simple and to the point ! Quick, easy and everyone is always so friendly and Helpful! Coupons come in the mail as well which is nice. You also get discounts with the coupon card they give you after your first service !! Super convenient!!

For a place that specializes in oil changes, they sure sure do struggle to perform them correctly. Sure they can technically do an oil change and it will be 'quick', but it is a dice-roll whether the correct amount of oil is added back to your engine. I found out the engine in my car was damaged after the mechanic I took it to told me whoever did the last oil change put way too much in. The engine had systems that ran on oil pressure and they were damaged, costing me more time and money than a simple oil change. Since then, I have heard several other stories from people whos cars were left worse-off after getting serviced here. It seems that whether your car is serviced correctly or not is all determined by the competence of whoever happens to be working in the garage that day. Before the incident with my newer car, I have gotten several oil changes on older cars less sensitive to the engine oil pressure and not had any issues. However, the service always takes at least a half hour. If your car is not sensitive to the amount of oil in the engine, you are in a big hurry to get an oil change for some reason and feel lucky, then by all means get your car serviced at That 10 Minute Oil Change Place.

Do not go here, total scam!! I got an oil change about a month ago, and my oil engine low pressure light came on yesterday. I took it to a mechanic and they state that no oil was ever put in my car. I was driving around with no oil in the last month, which could’ve cause my engine and motor to blow, thankfully it didn’t. Had to go to another mechanic and get another oil change. They informed me that this place is a total scam. They have received many clients from this place because they never did the oil change, use old filtered oil, etc. I’m so thankful that my engine or motor didn’t get damage at alll. But people should be aware of this place. Yes it’s convenient but not worth the time, money or hassle that it brings. I would never reccomend this place to anyone. You guys should be ashamed of yourself.

Really kind, really professional,really efficient,. folks I mean at reasonable prices and quite honestly I was out of there in under 10 minutes on a Saturday midday. It’s forever going to be my go to place for an oil change.
