This is the first time in a long time I've been able to be committed to working out. I started at Pilates and Co. with the new member special which was 4 classes for $45, I quickly realized 4 classes wasn't enough. I am now on their unlimited plan and try to go 4 to 5 times a week. That's how much I love it. I love every instructor I've had, (but I do have my favorites) and they all always grace and modifications, should I need it.
As someone who works full-time, has kids in many activities and a very full social calendar I love that I can do this for just me and I feel amazing every time I finish a class.
The only negative comment I have is that classes fill up very quickly (I'm not the only one in love!) so it's important to stay on top of scheduling. The positive regarding scheduling is they have 20 to 30 classes a day throughout their Temecula, Murrieta, and Menifee locations.

My favorite Pilates company in the area!! Every location and instructor is well equipped for all the classes they teach! If you really want to get a burn on, check out Lucie’s classes! She’s always super upbeat, fun, and will get you a great workout!

Amazing classes. Amazing instructors. Fun and challenging workouts. Also offers private lessons on a Cadillac reformer here. I highly recommend The Pilates Co for everyone from New to working out to adding Pilates to your current exercise routine. Best part, first class is free and you have nothing to lose. Just try it!

I am still loving The Pilates Co. They have amazing instructors that make sure you are challenged but working within your challenge level. Classes are much easier to tailor to your level then other workouts. Also, working out on the reformer is sooo much fun!! It keeps me entertained and having fun, while I get stronger. I look forward to my workouts. Also, this studio has a wonderful community of people and the events and fun pop up classe and workouts are very enjoyable. I still highly recommend the Pilates Co. Try a workout here. You will not regret it.
