Finally!! A Pilates studio opened in the Provo/Orem area!! I LOVE it! It’s so cute and inviting. The instructors are all amazing. I really love Tess because she gives you individual attention as she walks around to make sure you are doing it correctly for YOUR own body and level. She is amazing. Also the owner Amber is so fun and nice. I live the slushie and coffee bar, and that they have electrolytes for your water. I bought the membership and go every day. Soooo in LOVE with this place!!

I have done Pilates Reformer classes, Yoga classes, and a Mat Pilates class here and loved every class. The instructors here are super cute and phenomenal teachers! An added bonus is the drink station with pebble ice, slushi's, and hot chocolate!

I’ve been twice to the reformer Pilates class; and I have nothing but good things to say. I’ve had instructors Tess and Amberlyn, both are passionate about the instruction they provide. Whether you’re new to Pilates game or a veteran this is the place to go. I was nervous about signing up because I’ve only ever done weightlifting at the gym(and can barely touch my toes flexibility wise) but from the moment I walked into the studio felt so comfortable & not judged for my lack of knowledge about Pilates. It’s clean and all brand new equipment which is also such a plus.
If you want a studio where you feel welcomed, motivated to come back & have instructors that care about your wellness this is the place! — they even have a healthy slushy machine & electrolytes to enjoy after class.

Oh and might I add.. Pilates is no joke and I am so sore! (In a good muscle building/toning/gaining flexibility way) ?

I've been to two other Pilates studios in Utah county and TOTAL GLOW IS THE BEST!!! Instructors are easily understood and explain things clearly. It was so fun! Definitely going to become a regular thing for me. Kalli was amazing! Go to her!!

I love this place. I have not worked out consistently for years and have been going every day for two weeks straight now and look forward so much to going to total glow Pilates and yoga. The teachers are amazing. Every workout is different. It’s
Hard but not too hard that i dread going. my muscles get sore . But not so sore that I can’t walk and never want to go back. I love the Pilates reformer workouts. I Wish I had been doing Pilates for years. It feels like the missing link. I actually like working out.
They even have non toxic cleaner and LMNT drinks after workouts. And the membership is such a good price.
